Good value, prime location. Spotless place accompanied by apologetic staff. Rooms at this touristic hotel were warm enough.

The stuff were amazingly efficient and the restaurant was modest! The bed was spacious and it was great having netflix, iron/ironing board and tea/coffee.

It was a deluxe hotel with a beautiful view. Staff was HELPFUL, and host was great. We enjoyed the way our twin room was.

Planned to see Keswick major attractions and it was lovely base for visiting all of them. The deluxe double room is big enough, with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a radio.
